Although not originally from Texas, Katie got here as fast as she could and has now proudly called Fort Worth her home for over a decade. Katie began her legal career advising victims of natural disasters at the Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance and has been a passionate advocate of businesses and individuals ever since. Her practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and transactional issues, including commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and business formation and management. Over the course of her career she has successfully represented a variety of clients ranging from small start-ups beginning their corporate life to large private equity firms and real estate holding companies conducting complex transactions in excess of $50 million. Though each transaction is unique, regardless of the size and shape of a transaction, Katie’s main goal is always to help her client achieve their desired outcome in the most efficient way possible.

In her free time, Katie is learning the rewards and challenges of updating her mid-century home and continuing her quest to find the best chips and queso in the Metroplex.
