Kathryn Siverling represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Kathryn’s practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercial multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and unimproved properties throughout Texas. She has worked on behalf of borrowers, sellers, purchasers, and developers.
Kathryn is a native of North Texas, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. During her time as an undergraduate, Kathryn developed an interest in real estate while working as an escrow assistant at a local title company. Kathryn went on to attend the University of Oklahoma School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor with Distinction. While attending law school, Kathryn was a member of the American Indian Law Review and competed on the National Trial Team. Kathryn is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association.
In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys traveling, playing board games, and spending time with her new husband and their two cats.
