Ana Ibáñez focuses her legal practice on commercial real estate, business transactions, and estate planning matters. In particular, she assists clients by conducting research and due diligence and drafting a variety of documents specifically tailored to achieve the client’s desired outcome.
After growing up in Irving, Texas, Ana moved to Brunswick, Maine where she earned her BA in Sociology from Bowdoin College. She developed an interest in land use and real estate law while studying globalization and urban development in India, Senegal, and Argentina. At the University of Texas School of Law, Ana served as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic where she counseled clients on business formation, estate planning, and licensing matters. She is a member of CREW Fort Worth and the Urban Land Institute.
In her free time, Ana enjoys traveling internationally, exploring Texas’ state and national parks, and spending time in coffee shops throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
